Brian Boyce, is the CEO, Proprietor, and Managing Consultant of ionHealthcare®. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience in leadership, practice operations, hospital operations, health plan support, and medical coding and billing. He began his healthcare career in the U.S. Air Force in Aeromedical Evacuation (flight nursing). He is serving as a National Advisory Board member for the AAPC for the 2015-2018 term.
Lisa Larrimore COO
Lisa Larrimore, is the COO, and Senior Consultant for ionHealthcare®. She has over 20 years of experience in management and consulting. She has a special interest in diagnosis coding and interventional radiology. She has spoken at national level conferences on risk adjustment.
Susan S Layman Client Services Director
Susan has 15 years of experience in healthcare, including operations, project management, leadership, and risk adjustment in both Medicare and Commercial Markets. She has worked in Client Services for over 7 years, providing expertise and guidance to a broad spectrum of clients, including health plans and co-ops, physician practices and facilities, and legal entities.
Kerri Phipps Analytics and Reporting Manager
Kerri has over 10 years of experience in Risk Adjustment Analytics. She has a great deal of experience in managing and leading complex, cross-functional processes around Risk Adjustment, IT, Finance, Audit and Reconciliations. Her talents include risk adjustment financial reporting and projections, retrospective and prospective program design, provider education and engagement strategies, RADV/Mock-RADV analytics and interpreting and advising of economic impacts due to federal and regulatory policy and procedure changes of risk adjustment models.
Eunice Sanchez QA Manager
Eunice Sanchez, has over 10 years of coding experience and over 6 years of experience in management and development of coders. Eunice has a special interest in OB/GYN coding and has a great deal of experience teaching providers on clinical documentation improvement.
